Off-grid, off-signal, still protected
First, store-and-forward: an SOS or location raised in a blackspot is never lost — it's queued on the device and fires the instant any signal returns. Second, Apple's Emergency SOS via satellite as a built-in backstop on newer iPhones. And third — the serious one — a paired Garmin inReach that relays an SOS and live location over the Iridium satellite network with no mobile signal at all, and even if the worker's phone is dead. The device becomes the beacon, so the alert still reaches the control room and raises the same escalation as any other.

Off-grid sits on top of the full platform: one-tap and voice SOS, fall and man-down detection, timed check-ins, geofencing, escalation to the right person in seconds, and an audit trail that stands up to the HSE and CQC.
